Ordering Prosess

YOUR ORDER

1. Shopping Cart
Enter the quantities of the products you'd like to purchase in the price list, and use the shopping-cart button on the right-hand side to add them to your cart. You can modify your selections at any time before placing your order by clicking the “Remove” icon to delete an item or cancel the entire order. Once you’ve accepted our terms and conditions and acknowledged our cancellation policy, you can proceed to checkout. To refresh the latest prices, click the “Update Shopping Cart” button.

2. Checkout
If you already have an account, please log in with your email address and password. Otherwise, you can create a new account. Your data will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with data protection regulations (see our data protection notice). Your information will never be used for other purposes or shared with third parties.

3. Billing Address / Payment Method
Next, please review your billing and shipping addresses. When everything is correct, click the “Next” button to proceed.

4. Shipping
Select your preferred shipping method. Click the “Next” button to move to the next step.

5. Payment Information
We accept payments by bank transfer only. According to our Terms and Conditions, the transfer must originate from a bank in the same country as your billing address.

6. Review Your Order  
You will see a summary of your order. You have 30 seconds to finalize your purchase by clicking the “Place Order” button, which will submit a legally binding offer. If the time runs out, click “Update” to refresh the prices, and you will have another 30 seconds to complete your order by clicking “Place Order” again.

7. Selling
You can sell goods in person at any of our stores in Japan during business hours, based on the current market price. Our staff will verify the authenticity of your goods, and payment will be made in cash or via bank transfer. Please bring a valid photo ID.
