Return and Cancel Policy
Return Period
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.
If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product.
Please note that we cannot offer any guarantee after 8 days or after the product has been used.
In the case of a defect, we will handle the return via collect on delivery (COD) at our expense.
Please note that for special order items, cancellations or returns/exchanges are not allowed after payment.
