The Royal Dutch Mint (Koninklijke Nederlandse Munt) issued a commemorative 2 Euro coin in 2011. This coin was made of copper-nickel for its outer ring and a three-layered inner part of nickel-brass, nickel, and nickel-brass, giving it a two-color (silver outer and gold inner) appearance.

Here's a description of the coin:

Purpose: The coin was issued to commemorate the 500th anniversary of the publication of "The Praise of Folly" (Laus Stultitiae), a famous book by the Dutch philosopher, humanist, and theologian Desiderius Erasmus.
Obverse (National Side): The inner part of the coin features an image of Erasmus writing his book on the right and the effigy of Queen Beatrix to the left. These two images are separated by the vertical inscription "Beatrix Koningin der Nederlanden" (Beatrix Queen of the Netherlands). The year "2011," along with the Mint master's mark and the mintmark, are positioned horizontally near the center. The outer ring displays the 12 stars of the European Union.

Reverse (Common Side): The common reverse side of the 2 Euro coin, designed by Luc Luycx, shows a map of the European continent without borders next to the face value "2 EURO."
Edge: The edge is finely reeded with an inscription: "GOD * ZIJ * MET * ONS *" (GOD * BE * WITH * US *).
